Starbucks - Manhattan

Management should have a discussion with Ashley about her condescending attitude that has been something she has done repeatedly. She also feels the need to try to lecture customers about when they should come pick up their order and she is extremely rude if she feels you have shown up too early. Her attitude is completely ridiculous and uncalled for. There is a non-condescending way to speak to people, she obviously hasn’t mastered it. If Starbucks has a rule for when you can pick up your order it should be posted and not done by a rude employee.

I had accidentally ordered the wrong chai on a mobile order and had called up to Starbucks to let them know my situation and they fixed it no issue! Truly needed the right drink to make sure my day was set and it’s a Monday! Good way to start the week!

My boyfriend normally mobile orders my coffee before work and it’s always a great experience. Today I had the BEST coffee I ever had. Shoutout to whoever made the drink for “austyn” this morning. I hope I get you from now on.

I visit this Starbucks multiple times per week before work I have always received great service. Abbey always recognizes me even remembers my name. So sweet!

The best Starbucks in this area, hands down! This says a lot as there are seven in this town alone. The staff here are just extremely friendly and my cold brews never taste watered down. I also love their plant clipping stand.
