Mcdonald's - Manhattan

Do not climb into the outside lane of the thru drive on this mcdonald’s. they do not command. I have been sitting here to give my order, while 6 other cars have been through the other track. very frustrating.

I am giving a 3 because they left the drive-thru window open and I could very clearly hear them complaining about customers special orders and how dumb they are. At the very least close the window.

This was one of the finest McDonald's experiences I've ever had dining in. I'm not a fan of ordering from a screen, so I sheepishly approached a register and was immediately seen and greeted with a friendly smile. Our order was ready for us in short order, again with a smile. The place was clean and nicely styled. Our breakfast tasted as we expected, which we think is pretty alright. Other McDonald's should be this good.

Y'all suck i just wanted some food and y'all closed so freaking early... like for what reason?

They gave me my food and told me to pull to the 2nd window for my coffee. I waited there for like 15 minutes and no one ever came to the window. I tried to go inside but the line was super long so I just left. My food was cold after all that wait and I never got my coffee.
