Oceanic Bar and Grill - Mandurah

Eating was good and plentiful. the staff was very friendly and efficient. the location is beautiful. prices very fair.

I love oceanic bar and grill alot oceanic bar and grill is one of the best restaurants in mandurah eating is delicious the service is very good and the staff is very friendly I was a little disappointed today I ordered the cola pork...ribs I found the pork ribs were boiled under and not very well cooked today my pork were still pink and I could not eat the pork as my pork ribs were boiled under.

We've been going to oceanic for 5 years. in the mai 2022 went to lunch, midweek, waited 90 minutes for a steak sandwich. steak very hard, and the whole...Meal was cold. very disappointing to say at least. today decided to try again. the staff is very obliged, but the kitchen leaves the place down. a $32 crooked linguine came out of a rich size, very watery and rather tasteless. also ordered sizzling seafood plated. the meal did not come out, sizzling, the half of the usual size, but tasted ok. we ordered these meals before we know how it was earlier this year.

Never again. Table of 7. Long queues for drinks and food orders. Asked for glass of chardonnay wasn 't hard, only one on offer by the glass. Barman said 'is that a white wine '? Then offered SB etc. Got it when shown drinks menu. Mid strength...beer? Didn 't know which ones were. Food ordering was challenging, 1/2 hr wait in line. Wrong items entered, until corrected. All items on the menu, therefore not difficult. Barramundi was hard to cut. No wonder. Frozen inside the batter. Dangerous on health grounds. Medium steak bled into the mash (became pink) and other items on the plate...and on it went on across the 7 meals. 2 hrs later not a single glass or plate cleared. We took some back to the bar. But at 3.30pm there were still half empty plates at empty tables where people had left more than an hour earlier. The word was staff shortages. If so, why not reduce tables to a manageable level rather than risk what happened because there was a large Sunday lunch crowd there today who will never set foot inside again. Counter productive for the owners one would think.

I can’t remember the last time we went out some where so terrible, the service was terrible My husbands lunch came out he had finished eating it and I was still waiting another 20min for mine to come out then still had to ask where...the rest of our order was! Food was average at best although I probably wouldn’t even go that far! I definitely would not recommend there are much nicer places in Mandurah to go, I wouldn’t even go back if it was the last place to eat.
