With few food options at Livingston Marketplace the Muffin Break is often busy, so there is usually a wait for your order.

Muffin break mandurah. we went there when they were close, but they served us, we got a chocolate muffin for $2.00 the muffin was good. if they want a place that is surrounded by the shops, they go here! when we were there, there were two girls and one lady who cleansed the tables. I don't know how this is eating or drinking, as we had time for a muffin. Don't forget the afternoon! but the muffin was good.

Fantastic service/fantastic food. service is very fast, the girls are friendly and eating is always beautiful and fresh. a pleasure to enter!
