Lovely DimSum, and great to have this opportunity in Mandurah. Trolley service with various dimsum options. Recommend. Service could certainly be improved with friendly and more efficient staff.

Easily the best dim sum food in Perth. Food is consistent here and quality better than the one in Cockburn and Northbridge. Clean, quiet and friendly staff.

This place rocks! Never had dim sum before I came here and I was not disappointed. I love the tea, amazing fresh dumplings stuffed full of fresh prawns and tasty pork. Pork is fantastic, amazing special fried rice and love the combination noodles. The sweet and sour pork is really tasty too. Love going for lunch dim sum but also do takeaway fairly regularly. Meals are always great and the service is very authentic and friendly. Love this palace, I mean love this place!
