The customer service was outstanding, and the music contributed beautifully to the atmosphere. The food was prepared exactly to our liking. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I want to give a special shout-out to the person who attended to me and my family—truly top-notch service!

When we asked for drink mixes, the waitress told us the mixologist wasn't in and that there were only three drink options available. We went ahead and ordered some drinks, which were priced like a meal, but tasted more like apple vodka than the apple martinis we ordered. After 1 PM, they still weren’t ready to take our food orders, so we decided to leave. The bill for three apple martinis, two cupcakes, and one cookie came to 5750. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but the waitress said she wasn’t in. When the supervisor finally arrived, she asked if we needed to speak with her, but by the time we were leaving, she was nowhere to be found again. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I was in Jamaica in search of a restaurant, as the buzz lounge was inconveniently closed consequently altering my plans. We stumbled upon this place doors were open so I assumed they were open for business. We entered, we sat for 15 minutes, no one acknowledged us, so we got up and left. There were a few people inside the restaurant, but we weren’t even approached maybe they didn’t want our money. If you’re not open for business then close your doors. Don’t mislead customers into thinking you’re a business when you’re clearly a joke. 0.01 stars for you omg what a tragedy you jokers are
