The deli boasts an excellent core team. The portion sizes are plentiful, and it's evident that everyone takes pleasure in their work.

The chicken is as tasty as anything my mother ever cooked (and that's quite a compliment coming from my background), and the po'boys are simply amazing.

They serve the best homemade fried chicken and battered potato logs. You can get two thighs and three large potato logs for about $6. In comparison, places like Popeyes and Church's are overpriced and greasy. Don't just take my word for it—give it a try, and you won't want to go back. David F. agrees!

I really enjoy visiting this place. It’s a small, hidden gem that always has something special happening inside. They offer some of the best meat in town, and their prices are likely the lowest you’ll find. I’ve been shopping here for decades and plan to keep coming back as long as they remain in business.
