Our brisket was very dry. Everything else was wonderful. We weren't welcomed when we walked in so we weren't sure if the person who was cutting the meats was going to take our order or if she was doing something else. We got 3 meat platters and chose brisket for 2 so it was really disappointing.

BEEF MEDIUM RARE I CAN UNDERSTAND.. BUT PORK!!! THATS BEEN SMOKED ABSOLUTELY NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS ONE lacks in flavor presentation and smoked color franchise or not I'd get a real cook and change everything about that kitchen ABSOLUTELY

The food is great bbq for Midwest ... super clean restaurant.. customer service is lacking a lil bit , but food is very consistent .. a lil on the speedy side
