They serve this very much one huge bowl of rice. Arroz ala cubana is a good choice. I think that is your only choice here that is pretty good. I never finished my rice here because pf the serving. Carbs all the way.
Part of my journey includes looking for food gems. I almost did when I saw how they presented their meals. It's a huge two cups of rice with toppings embracing it. An egg is on top and its sidings on the other side of the plate. It's differently presented and found it quite amusing. Too bad the Pares lacked portioning, its beef cuts where too small and fatty. The flavor is felt but not that satisfying. Also quite disappointing they didn't have banana as sides and no vegetables yet to offer. Another swing here might happen as the staff proudly said their Tapa is good. alwayshungry.ph
I used to eat at Pinoy Toppings - MOA Branch. The food there tastes way more different than on this branch. This may be because they have different cooks but eating at Pinoy Toppings Megamall Branch convinced me that I will never eat in here again. ???? Not worth it. Pinoy Toppings is out of my list. ✖️✖️✖️
Tried this one for the first time. I was disappointed with what I ordered. I've had the Sisig, which is my favorite. The taste, for me, is a bit awful. It is not the typical sisig. It doesn't have a spicy taste which I'm always looking forward to. It doesn't taste like the usual sisig, which I think, maybe, is their own recipe. But it tasted more like of an adobo. My friend ordered their Chicken Barbeque. The sauce is very tasty. But it doesn't look like a chicken. More of a pork, rather. Since we're the only customer by that time, I thought that it would be fresh-out-of-the-pan kind of food. But it's not. And I don't even think that they even re-heated it. Though their serving is very generous for a cheap price, I WOULDN'T TRY AGAIN THIS ONE.
I love their TAPSILOGS and their BURSILOGS. I use to eat here a lot back in the day whenever I am on a budget because back then for sixty pesos, you can get a big ass cup of rice with a nice viand. Although now their prices have increased a bit, they still serve bang-for-your-buck meals. They might not have the best in terms of quality but the amount of food that you get more than makes up for it.
