We will absolutely be back again and look forward to some more of that local red wine!! YUM! Thanks again alex and Sara!!!
This is one of those restaurants that is not near any tourist attraction. Most of customers are Italians so if you like to eat local, authentic Italian, Tuscan food, this where you should go. We asked the waiter for some advice on what to order and we had a fabulous meal. Local wine is tasty and affordable, service and food are excellent. This place doesn't look too impressive, but the food is fantastic. Enjoy!
We’ve been driving past this hidden gem for years in our travels in the Maremma. We read a review of it online and decided to try it. A great experience. Sara, the owner, was proud of her restaurant and made sure to explain what the best dishes were. She also told us the olive oil on the table came from their own trees and they use fresh ingredients. The attached picture is of gnoccho (a little different than gnocchi) di ragu. This is more of a dumpling than typical gnocchi, and appeared to contain more potato than flour. They are a housemade speciality and light as a feather. We’re changing our restaurant planning so we can make a return trip on this visit. I recommend a stop if you are in the area.
Una giornata di festa con un gruppo famigliare esteso, buon cibo, tanta gioia in un ambiente tipico di una località della campagna toscana circondata da uliveti e vigneti.
Da provare assolutamente la pappa reale, uno gnocco gigante buonissimo. Servizio velocissimo e fiorentina su pietra ollare molto buona
