The Saffron Room - Manchester

We celebrated a birthday on the evening of July 16th, and it was one of the best Indian meals we’ve ever had, if not the absolute best. The location is fantastic, right by the canal, and the staff were both friendly and professional. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was outstanding. The sauces were exceptional—rich and packed with a variety of delicious ingredients. I had the chicken tikka handi, which was absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend it. There are also some lovely bars nearby for pre- or post-dinner drinks. You won’t regret it!

This restaurant deserves more patrons because the food is excellent, the space is clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and courteous. It has a nice quiet atmosphere. If you’re looking for good food, this is the place to go! They even offered me a mango lassi that isn’t on the menu anymore. Apparently, not enough people were ordering it, so they removed it from the menu, but I was delighted they could still prepare it for me when I asked.

The dining experience was enjoyable and quite affordable, especially with the 20% credit available online from Monday to Thursday. Since the restaurant is new, it was relatively quiet with only 5 or 6 other patrons, which made the atmosphere feel a bit lacking. Some lively music could help to create a more vibrant environment. However, the staff were very friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience.

I and my partner were around four times and really enjoyed it at many places. also the option to return on a discount of 20% was fantastic. there are many saffron rooms.

Great curry. I read good things online so figured I'd check it out last week standard menu but food was served quickly and service was friendly. I will probably be going back soon :
