Pachino's Pizza - Manchester

The restaurant used to be really good, but not anymore. Someone started putting dead cheese on the garlic bread, which is absolutely ridiculous. If customers want a cheese garlic bread, they should get cheese on top. They used to do that. Now it takes an hour to get served and the food is not as hot. It's a shame.

We ordered food from this restaurant and it was 25 minutes late. The order was completely wrong when it arrived, and they even picked up the wrong food that we had received. After 30 minutes, we called them and they said the correct order would be ready in 8 minutes. We are still waiting. We hope the other customers who ordered from here weren't disappointed. The manager was not helpful and did not offer any solutions. Stay away from this place if you want quick service and accurate orders. They don't seem capable of getting it right. This experience has been bad for us.

The delivery time was terrible and the delivery drivers were extremely rude. It felt like a burden to have ordered food. Despite this, the food itself was really tasty and of high quality. The delivery time was so bad that it is worth mentioning twice.
