Nando's - Manchester

The staff at the restaurant were very welcoming. The tables were clean and lovely. The Nando's chicken was typical and delicious, moist, and freshly cooked. We shared a whole half chicken, which was awesome. The staff were polite and helpful.

The restaurant provided fast and efficient service with attentive and friendly staff. We sat upstairs in a quiet atmosphere, and we would definitely return the next time we are in Manchester.

Today we enjoyed a fantastic lunch at this restaurant. We felt very well taken care of by the excellent staff and felt safe throughout our dining experience. I highly recommend this place.

The new system requires you to register at the restaurant, be told to wander around the Arndale and when a table is free they will text you so you can head back over. I think this is a way better system than needing to queue...outside of the restaurant to wait, and it only took around minutes. There is sanitiser by the door and all tables are properly cleaned after customers leave. The staff were friendly and explained how to order online. The food came pretty quickly and was really nice, as always, although the Medium spice was milder than it is in my local few Nandos. You are no longer allowed to refill your bottomless drink yourself, and instead need to ask a member of staff to do it for you. This is a great idea but the staff weren't around us too often so we had to wait a while until they served someone else food and quickly call them over. I'd say if the staff maybe wandered around the tables and asked it would save waiting time, instead of the customers being unable to locate a staff member. Overall it was a good Nandos with really nice staff and I would go back.

Never ever write reviews but wanted to give a shout out to the lovely server Hope, who looked after us today. She was so friendly and helpful. I am vegan so was asking lots of questions about the menu but she went above and beyond...to make my visit pleasant I know these are weird covid times where people can be impatient and less understanding but we waited mins for our table and it wasn't a problem at all...just an excuse to have an extra bev beforehand and the tasty food and service from everyone made it all worth the wait!!! Lots of love table x
