We arrived with a warm and informed that our waiter would be Ryan. The food service was excellent and the whole experience was made even better with the friendly interaction with the waiter Ryan. It was our daughter's 21st birthday and the experience was made by the waiter. The food was top drawer. I cannot rate the establishment high enough.

Had a lovely meal at miller and carter and was made extra special by our amazing server….ALIX! Super friendly and helpful, she made the dining out experience lovely for us something we rarely get to do. Food was lovely no complaints at all.

New Years eve early dinner and what a great experience. The atmosphere and food were spot on delicious. Special shout out to our server Connor who was exceptional. Also worth a mention was Alfie who worked hard to support his team. Thank you for a great start to the night.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. We arrived at 7:15pm on Christmas Eve for a 7:30pm booking, but were told they were running behind. Despite waiting until just after 8pm, there were no apologies or offers of a complimentary drink. When I asked for a refund of my deposit, I was initially told to bear with them. It took three requests before the manager provided the refund, with no apology given. This level of service was not what we are used to at this restaurant, where we have been loyal customers. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable. It's possible that there has been a recent change in management or that the Christmas rush caught them off guard, but it was disappointing to have our Christmas meal ruined.

I went to this restaurant last night for a family Christmas dinner. My initial impressions were not good. The bar area where we had to wait for our table was even worse than I expected, with dirty tables and used napkins left around. We finally got seated after a 20-minute wait, but the table was basic and drafty, so we asked to be moved. The service was slow, with a 20-minute wait for our drinks and an hour wait for our food. The food was disappointing, with cold rosti and missing items from our order. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend returning.
