Mcdonald's - Manchester

The food was delicious and hot, but I deducted points because there were young children running around and using foul language in the presence of families and children. The manager repeatedly walked by without addressing the situation, allowing the disruptive behavior to continue unchecked.

Consistently forgetting the order, just get it right. All I wanted was chicken nuggets, but I didn't get that.

Food wasn’t good chips was cold ordered 2 Big Mac meal one of the Big Macs had cheese burger bun hardly any lettuce or sauce on both and the burger was black a bit to well done really dry on a plus the milk shake was good

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I came in for some food at 9:20pm and received cold food at 9:50pm. I asked for a fresh meal, but it came out just as cold. The place was being run by clueless kids and other people were not working, just walking around behind the counter. It was a waste of money for mediocre food. I will not be returning.

Extremely busy. Saw staff working well as a team. 1 lady especially kind to me who was packing delivery orders today. Another member of staff helped a disabled old gentleman to his car. The team need praising.
