Katsouris - Manchester

The most amazing place for food if you’re wanting high quality low priced food! The service was impeccable considering the busy motion of the restaurant, I am so happy to say that I will be eating here again and bringing along all my family and friends!

This place is great for a family breakfast. I have never enjoyed such a place with music vibing, great food and a chill place. The customer service was great and was a complete place

Not what it used to be. This was an institution but sadly on 2 visits has left me disappointed. Has it changed hands? Service wasn’t great and food was average… now more of a caff’ than a nice deli serving food. I won’t be returning

Sadly after many years of going to Katsouris around about monthly today was my last visit. I have been on three successive occasions when the service and/or food have been well below the standard I had got used to. On each occasion the time taken to serve breakfast was far too long. The food was barely luke warm the second time but as I was in a hurry I didn’t have time to send it back. I wrote it off as a one off and went back today. Again the food was barely luke warm as was the coffee. This time I sent it back and the server apologised and said they would make a new breakfast. After 2 minutes it came back and I can confirm the microwave worked. Unfortunately the food, although hot, had lost texture and was unpleasant to eat. I won’t be going back.

Gutted. This place used to be soooo nice. It looks like the family have sold the business and the new owners are severely lacking in delivering what was once a lovely experience (menu, cleanliness, service, etc. . I'm afraid as a customer of several decades I will no longer be visiting the Manchester branch as there are far too many other good places to eat.
