Coach House At The Etrop Grange

We were in the night before the flight to florida great wise to make sure we were at the airport early. relax over the night stay excellent evening meal served by natalie and considerable well cooked breakfast in the morning.

My parents stayed at this restaurant after visiting our daughter, and they had a positive experience, praising the nice breakfast. So when we decided to have dinner on Christmas day, we chose Etrop Grange. The restaurant looked lovely on the surface, but we were seated at the only table without any decorations. The appetizers were good, but the ones supposed to be hot were only warm. The main courses also arrived not hot, but were reheated and served hot. We had to ask for cranberry sauce when most of our meals were finished. Some other small issues added to our disappointment. The restaurant was a bit disorganized in sharing, but it had a nice and cozy atmosphere. We provided feedback to the general manager, who responded abruptly and made offensive comments. There were also errors in the bill that had to be corrected, and we heard other customers complaining about similar issues. While everything was eventually corrected, it was done so with excuses. I usually only leave positive reviews, but unfortunately, the general manager's response to our feedback has changed my opinion. We ended up having Christmas dinner at home instead.

Beautiful restaurant in the hotel right at the airport it is so not a chain, small but tasty menu perfectly cooked and served by friendly knowledgable staff they use it every time we have an abhorrent flight as a pre-Holiday negotiation this would be a very good stand alone restaurant where it was always

We have booked this hotel to get it to the airport. it was great to stay some where so secret, not cold as several, running like production lines. loved the four poster bedrooms, the cozy bar area, plus the first class dinner, and bauch buster breakfast. the shuttle. service was also top-class. to the gentleman moaning over the shuttle service I can say something that personal could just think they first advise pratt

Since we were staying at the hotel for an early flight the next day, we decided to have dinner there for convenience. We were very impressed with the service and the food. The menu was a bit limited, but there was something for everyone, and you could also opt for a snack in the bar area. We chose the Potato, Leek, and Spinach Soup, the Fish of the Day, and a Cheese Board, all of which were excellent. The next morning, we had buffet-style breakfast for cold options and waiter service for hot dishes, which was also very good. We will definitely dine at this restaurant again when we stay at the hotel.
