Clove Maple Restaurant Bar

We were unable to eat here because this is ONLY for guests of the resort. There should not be an open table account for this restaurant if you cannot eat here. This should also be much clearer.

The room was filthy. Food and other stains were ground into the carpet. The bed sheets were rumpled and dirty. There were bugs, spiders and spider webs all over and the room smelled musty and dirty. The office was closed right after we checked in and we had to get a room at another hotel. This was the dirtiest most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at and they had the audacity to charge $450 for it.

We went with 4 of our Friends (Couples) for 2 nights for our Anniversary and Birthday of our other friend. We had an amazing time at The Palmer House Resort in Vermont. Loved the time at Breakfast, Golf, Pool, Fire Place. The rooms, Beds, Furniture, Pillows were very comfortable. The staff is very courteous, front desk 5 star.

We booked a room for 3 people with 2 queen beds. When we arrived we were told that we were reassigned to a room with a king bed due to inventory control reasons. We went to the front desk 3 times to try to adequately resolve this matter. Each time the said they would contact us to resolve the matter but no response from the front desk or manager. Not a well run hotel.

Drove by at 930 pm and it was closed, while google says closes at 11. I recommend changing your times to reflect the business
