The girls who work here are mostly cheerful and great. But the girl with pink hair, glasses and Baggy Hoodie was rude today. She has a loose, white wrap on her hand, which becomes brown and not as it is wrapped for medical use. I didn't see how she sanitated her hands before I made my hot chocolate, so I kindly asked her to wear gloves. She didn't apologize or shows customer service skills, but marched back and asked the manager to make my hot cocoa. That was natural after they asked me? Would you like to leave a tip? After I bought a 6$ (7$ with lace) hatchwarm hot cocoa.

If you see the young man working younger/female new employee? RUN. She always messes up and takes forever

Large selection of shakes, unique special flavors, quite fast, but the smoothies are not always consistent in taste. You have a reward program to so often customers can earn free smoothies.

Love this place! I am a new vegan and this is one of the few places I can go that has a variety of options for my diet. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, they stopped me from ignorantly ordered shaking with animal products. Great service and shakes!

Such a great team over here in Manchester! I stop in at least once a week. The ladies there are always super friendly, and very quick to make my drink. Easily the best shake shop in the area!
