Bidrage med feedbackI understand the lack of personnel. Training new people. But how will you serve fries when it clearly says streamed broccoli. I didn't say cheese, guess what was on the burger... cheese. It only worsens spending 40 dollars on takeout and it is not even what you have ordered. When this place opened, it was excellent, it went down hills.
First, on a Sunday afternoon at 14:00 we had a 25-minute waiting time. 2 adults and 1 child. They ran out of crowns, so it was a bummer. After we finally sat, the restaurant had only six or seven tables. Placed our order and waited 35 minutes for three burgers and pommes. Another thing we have noticed was that many employees sit on their phones closest to the kitchen at the unoccupied tables. If this was a great break, I guess, why weren't they in a certain break room? Or is that how the staff on his typical day, on their phones in the open? Our table was sticky, so the salt and pepper shakers were, and the ketchup container all felt like they didn't wipe in a while. The tablet that allowed you to pay the bill felt like milk was spilled over everything and had 't been wiped off in a while. When our meals arrived, they were cold, with very boiled burgers (for a medium, and medium rare) and soggy Fritten. Personally the burger I ordered came with bacon, and it was micro-extinguishing Oscar Mayer bacon! If you take pride in a burger joint, at least use real bacon. I asked the manager to at least make him aware that two of the three meals were wrong. He said the chefs have to cook the burgers a certain way... So I said... Very overcooked and cold then, what is not at all, as we asked? He apologized and went back to the bar. It seemed like the manager was the bartender for the afternoon. Our waitress came back to the table to ask what was wrong and we explained to her our interaction with her manager. She said she was very sorry and he was brand new within 3 to 4 weeks. This is really not an excuse, management is trained for this kind of thing, and I feel really bad that this restaurant has gone downhill. Personally, I never get back to this place.
I came here with my family for dinner yesterday, so there were 7 of us at my table. The staff has a pretty good job in managing a bigger party that was nice to see. The food was pretty good, no complaints really from everyone. My burger was particularly good (see below). We also have a few shakes for dessert, and they were delicious. They even brought out some of the extra shake in a separate cup for us. Overall, we had a pretty good experience, and I would definitely return sometime.
The new Impossible Burger with Garlic Fries and its limited "Pineapple upside down cake Milkshake". The impossible Patty can be set to any of their Burger styles. They also have gluten-free rolls and salad cases for those who are sensitive or allergic to gluten.
I used to really like this place but this will be my last time going! I ordered a burger and asked to add avocado on it (I?ve gone here for years and have gotten avocado on my burgers)?this is what i got?its the tiniest little slap of guacamole on the bun. I asked the waitress when she made her rounds about how come it?s guacamole and not sizes avocado like I?m used to and she said that they don?t do slices and she didn?t seem like she was aware that they ever did though I know for sure I?ve gotten slices of avocado on my burgers previously. When I started to eat the burger the patty was so dry and burnt that I couldn?t even taste rest of the stuff on the burger so after taking couple bites I told her that I can finish and kindly she ended up taking the whole order off my bill so that was very nice of her. Not sure if they got new cooks and just went downhill but the last couple times I?ve been here has not been worth the money
