Mcdonald's - Manchester

The staff at this location is incredibly kind and respectful! I've been visiting more often over the past few years thanks to their wonderful team! I’m not sure when the sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich was changed, but I actually prefer it now! Keep up the great work!

This is an average fast food chain. At least the Coke I had was fizzy, which is a nice plus. However, the parking lot is terrible. There are so many potholes that it might actually be safer to walk over from the nearby plaza. Come on, McDonald's, I do care about my car a little!

**Cons:** - To access the parking lot from Auburn/highway, you have to take a left and drive through a long, abandoned lot to make another left and navigate through the same area to reach McDonald's. I’m not sure if the abandoned building and lot hold any historical significance, but if they don’t, they’re just an eyesore and a hassle. - The parking lot in Manchester is a bit crumbly. - There's only one small sign indicating where to find the drive-thru when coming from the Auburn/highway direction. - During busy times or late at night, the quality of the food can occasionally dip slightly. **Pros:** - If you're coming from Manchester, the entrance right after the intersection is very convenient. - The staff here are consistently friendly and attentive to every order, especially when it comes to McCafe drinks. - The food is almost always fresh and served hot, and I've never received the wrong order. Overall, this is an excellent McDonald's location that I make sure to visit whenever I have a craving!

There are several differences compared to McDonald's. Yes, the food tastes good, and it's great to see the steak option back on the menu. While you shouldn't eat here all the time, it certainly provides a comforting experience. They also participate in fair trade, which is great, especially with their coffee in the fall. Prices have gone up, but that's just inflation. Enjoy your meal, and if you haven't tried it yet, be sure to give the steak, egg, and cheese bagel a shot!

I ordered two large coffees with just cream, but when I got home, I discovered that both had sugar added. As a diabetic, this was quite frustrating for us. The attention to detail in customer service is lacking in this country. Come on, McDonald's — you can do better!
