Highland Park Market Manchester

This is an excellent local market featuring an outstanding deli and a fantastic meat counter. The service is top-notch, and the checkout lines are well managed. They even offer to carry bags to your car if needed, and they are patient with older customers who may take their time. I've never encountered an employee who wasn't helpful. Although the prices can be higher than those at larger stores, they do have store brands (perfect for those moments when you forget to buy something like tomato sauce) and regular sales. I'm really glad to have this store nearby!

This market offers fantastic food and excellent service. The vegetables, meats, and deli items are always fresh. The bakery is exceptionally delicious. It's a fully stocked grocery store, and I absolutely love it!

I have been a lifelong fan of HP Market, but the grinder I ordered recently ended up in the trash. I ordered a Junior grinder, but it was served on panini bread instead. When I picked it up, the staff had forgotten some items, so my order wasn't ready. Once I got home, I discovered there were tomatoes on the sandwich, which I never requested, as I'm allergic to them. It wasn't served on a grinder roll, and the panini had an odd flavor. Unfortunately, as I mentioned, it went straight into the garbage. This will be my last order of sandwiches from this place.

Clean, lots of pre made items, the bakery is pretty great too. Got a cheeseburger that had a stale bun, but otherwise it was pretty good. The baked goods were good, especially the raspberry twist.

Nice medium size grocery store. I didn 't know it at the time of our visit, but this location has been in business since 1886. What!? For realz. Check out their website. Produce is the first section you see upon entering and it is nicely laid out. A bakery is next and across the way is nuts, beer and a few refrigerated good. The entire back wall is devoted to deli, meats, prepared foods and the like. There is a lot of staff back there. We had been on the road for quite a while and I needed the assistance of a restroom but could not find one, so I asked. Just in case you too need such help, it 's in the back. Pass through the metal double doors by the meat counter and follow the yellow arrows on the floor. Seriously, it was kind of fun being in the back where 'only employees ' are supposed to be. The shelves are very well stocked. I needed mirin (sweet saki), they had it, and ramen noodles, which they also had, and not the kind you eat in college, a higher quality version for which I am very grateful. So this was definitely a win-win trip for me. The store was very clean, the staff helpful and polite. I can definitely recommend this grocery store for it 's quality and selection.
