It's a Dunkin and they're busy, I get it. Messing up my wife's small decaf coffee order 4 times until we left drive thru giving up on it all together? You gotta draw a line somewhere..

There was some confusion about whether certain machines were operational and if they could process my order, but the staff was very friendly.

The bagel wasn’t toasted; it was just warmed up. I wish they would take the time to actually toast it. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to go back because I need to get to work.
