The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The employees rarely pay attention to your order, the food is often stale, the coffee is always cold, and the staff are consistently rude to patrons. The owner, Bonnie, only hires people she knows, practicing nepotism and limiting employment opportunities.

Overpriced but yummy English muffin with egg breakfast sandwich. decaf coffee fresh a minute ago. it was great.

Do not recommend this dunkin. The simplest order they mess up. The last 3 times I went not only did they mess up my order but also my coffee was pure coffee grounds like what the hell man. Get it together

The staff is friendly and efficient, and we have never experienced any issues with our orders.

It is 3p on the afternoon on a Sunday. dudes work with pyjamas, all messed up as if he just rolled out of the bed. Come on management! so do they want to wear their brand? lazy and sloppy?
