I hate it when I have a bad experience at one of my favorite restaurants. I always ask for a tortilla instead of the chips when I place my order and the store associate and the manager wanted to charge me for the tortilla. I’m a rewards member and eat at several different CBW all around the city. This was the first time the store wanted to charge me extra. I’m very disappointed, the manager was an idiot. Also, I have video of the entire encounter via body camera.

Awesome!!!!! My wrap was huuuge and delicious! Got two big meals from it. One of the healthiest grab and go take outs around. Ton of options! You will be seeing me again!!! When I asked any questions the young lady was very knowledgeable. Great job

Have ordered via drive thru in the past. On Sunday, May 29, ordered my usual: Caesar wrap with grilled chicken. At home, unpleasant surprise: chicken was rubbery. I called location and spoke to manager Maya. Who knows how long since chicken had been prepared. I suggested that she conduct a taste test. I am very disappointed in product I received; not confident of patronizing Manchester location again.

Absolutely love this place. Great vegan options as well. Plant based chicken is GREAT!
