Bonsai's - Manchester

First time eating at this restaurant. We went with friends to try the prime rib. The service was terrible. We order drinks and our dinner all at once. They bought the drinks and salads right away. They also brought my prime rib dinner and everyone waited 20 minutes after my dinner. THe mashed potatoes were brown. There was no one in the restaurant so I am not sure why they were rushing to feed us. i will never go back. The Prime Rib was good.

Ordered Chinese food tonight. Probably the worst we have ever had. Over cooked. Salty. No flavor.

They have a very large variety of food here that ranges from Chinese American classics to American comfort food. I usually go for their Chinese American food and I wish they delivered to my place because I love their beef teriyaki. The drinks are very reasonably priced and it's a good time hanging out at this place wether it's at the bar or in their large dining room. The bartender and servers are all excellent here too.

We had a lot of recommendations. The food did not meet those recommendations. Ribs were cold, rice had no flavor, crab Rangoon was watery. We order spareribs on the bone we got bbq ribs...very dry. Don't mind paying for quality food. This was not it!!!! Disappointed!

Yuck didn't this used to be spatts yeah hard pass too many styles of food pick one and do it better
