Bluaqua Restrobar - Manchester

We were greeted immediately and quickly seated. Service was perfect around when needed, quickly cleared empty plates but not intrusive. Bar tender created our drinks as requested. Food was delicious and plated to look beautiful. We recommend the romaine wedge, shrimp tacos and street corn. Location on Elm Street made for a quick walk to Palace Theater and parking garage.

BluAqua has always been a go to place for me and all my work friends. We always love to come over after work and enjoy a drink and some food and BluAqua always hits that mark. The bartenders are incredible and go above and beyond all the time and really make it a fantastic place to eat and drink. I always recommend to friends that they need to check out BluAqua as they have always been #1 to me in Manchester!

Went back again during our New England summer trip. Everything is still awesome. Massive portions and very flavorful dishes, less salt in the fish chips would be better. Good price on wine. Our server Katie was awesome.

Went out with friends on another friends recommendation and it was great. We were not expecting Southern Cajun food, I'm it sure what we were expecting but it was delicious. My husband had the gumbo and he said it might be better than the gumbo he had in New Orleans. I and the chicken and waffles with melted butter and hot honey...it was so good, i forgot to get a picture of the gumbo. Our waiter was also the bartender and he made great drinks. Highly recommended!
