815 Cocktails Provisions - Manchester

This is by far the best bar in Manchester. Large mixed drink menu the largest in the area. Great place if you are looking to have something you haven't before!

Unique cocktails and ambience. The secret entrance up the stairs is cool to take guests through too! The bartenders are also always so nice. They made us a bunch of bartenders choice drinks, which made the whole experience really fun

815 is the perfect craft bar experience located right in downtown Manchester. This place is by far one of the best craft spots around, featuring classics and unique signature cocktails, pairing well with their tapas style food menu. Wanting the perfect first date spot? Check them out!

I love this place. And I don’t even live in Manchester! I live in the Seattle area and when I visited my cousin in summer 2021, we had a lovely evening of perfect cocktails and conversation with Fritz (when he had time—this place gets busy! . Fast-forward to November and I’m planning my cousin’s birthday from 3k miles away. Naturally, my first thought was to somehow include cocktails at 815. Sarah was wonderful and super responsive to my emails. I was able to reserve the VIP section at a really reasonable rate. They also were very flexible about my getting them payment the day before because of my travel and they allowed me to store my cousin’s birthday cake (from Wild Orchid Bakery! until we arrived later in the evening. Once there, we were greeted by Sarah and then Jake who was our funny and attentive connection to the bar. He was so nice and flexible about when to bring out the cake (even though I know we weren’t the only customers he was dealing with that night and made the evening even more perfect. Many, many thanks to 815, Sarah, Ryan, Fritz, and Jake for a truly memorable evening (and, as ever, delicious cocktails !

This place recently had a renovation I was skeptical of. I liked 815 before and went a few times with coworkers, but now I love it. The vibes are immaculate, fresh but not overwhelming. The drinks are just as good as ever if not better. I had the signature 815 old fashioned that was probably the best old fashioned I’ve had in Manchester, hell maybe ever! Get it’s! I also had the Coffee Cat (coffee, Barr Hill Tom Cat Gin, and something else) that was heavenly. Focaccia bread was amazing, covered in olive oil but not drowning in it, warm, fresh, fluffy, perfect. We also had the cheese board with meats that did not miss. Overall great place for special outings, welcome back 815, thank you for the deliciousness!
