Winn-dixie - Manatee County

Selection was good..Overly pricey. Will be shopping at Publix as before. Me nor my neighbor were Impressed by the store. Won't be back. Wanted more, but..

It's a good store for something basic. The best department is Meat and Bakery. Both departments want to help and usually have a good variety and sales. The rest of the store, you have to check the dates to make sure they aren't expired. Customer Service is just bad, and I don't see good people skills. Cashiers don't seem happy to be there. You can tell you're definitely not at Publix.

Not my favorite shopping experience by any means. The store associates are always helpful and kind (on the rare occasion I run in for an item or two). The location is great and has easy parking. However, i am frequently taken back by the prices. This store is a last resort for me: I choose Publix, Target and Walmart over this.

This store seems to be doing better, since the original opening store manager is no longer there, he ran off some kid folks working there, I'm sure.

So happy I downloaded the app to get the coupons and the points. Skip the crowd at Publix and hit up Winn-Dixie, it's definitely worth the few minutes down the way. Thanks to the staff at Winn-Dixie off St. Rt 70 in Lakewood Ranch. Preciate y'all! ?
