Taco Bell - Manassas

You can see the picture clearly it says lobby close at 11 PM but it was 830 and all the doors were locked and they just had sign sayinh please use other door. I really hope the regional manager or area directors can see this and get to bottom of this this is so stupid.

Horrible service they didn't listen to anything that I said they messed up my order.It's really slow.

Got an order on doordash which was a dash along the way order to Fairfax. Got a notification that the order was ready for pickup. It had like three items in it. I get there and it takes over 5 minutes to be helped, and when I asked for it the lady rudely pointed to an order with someone else’s name clearly on it and was like “that’s yours?” I said no and she ignored me and helped someone else then walked away when I was still standing at the counter. Not to mention she gave attitude to another delivery driver, saying “here take it!” And gesturing to the order. Okay so where’s my order? I’ve worked fast food and like I could just tell they didn’t even start on it. It’s a waste of time for us delivery drivers. We don’t get paid extra for waiting for an order to be ready. It also pulls down our ratings and often times customers will give us bad reviews if we’re late to the drop off. At this point I was still there five minutes after the latest pick up time so I dropped the order. Since it was a dash along the way order and I didn’t get to complete it I almost lost my Fairfax time slot which would’ve meant I couldn’t work. So anytime they wonder why delivery drivers get so annoyed with them, here’s why. I get it. Working fast food isn’t for everyone. If you don’t like it there don’t make your bad day everyone else’s bad day.

I am only going to speak about the macaroni and cheese! It's simply the best tasting macaroni and cheese for a fast food restaurant that I have ever had... Rich and creamy ? If u love Mac and cheese you owe it to yourself to try it...thanks Barry

Food was good. Service is trash. They do not honor requests.I went to this location and was in the drive thru. I ordered my food, and when I pulled up to the window I specifically asked the guy Please, can I have my receipt as well? because this location has a bad habit of NEVER including them. I watched thru the window as a male and female talked back and forth, while lifting up a large string of still connected receipts. They then put all the receipts down, back on the counter, handed me my food and credit card. Since I didn 't see them place anything in the bag, I knew they had ignored my request and simply not given me any receipt. There was no communication after receiving my items, and when I arrived home surprise, surprise, no receipt was to be found.
