Lil' Bowl - Manassas

This restaurant in Fresh World serves incredible sushi. I tried the Rainbow Roll, and it was extremely fresh, flavorful, and just as delightful as the sushi from Sakura Grill. The owner’s customer service also deserves a perfect 10 from me. I highly recommend visiting this new business; you won’t be disappointed. I give this place a full 5 stars!

I had my first taste of the amazing Tom Kha soup at the Souper-Bowl event and absolutely fell in love with it! I went back for seconds. Today, I visited her lovely little food stall at the fresh food market on Liberia and was warmly welcomed by the wonderful owner, who recognized me from the event. She even remembered that I love extra cilantro! I enjoyed the same delicious soup again and also ordered the Lobster Volcano roll, which was incredible! Plus, they offer delivery! I can't recommend this place highly enough—definitely two thumbs up and then some!

This place is a fantastic hidden gem. The sushi was incredibly fresh and made with obvious care. The Crab Rangoon was so fresh that it practically burned the roof of my mouth. I highly recommend the Dragon Roll and the Lil Bowl Roll—both are packed with flavor, and the tempura crunch is simply delightful. One thing I want to mention is that the food had a slightly heavier icy taste, likely due to the spicy mayo, compared to sushi from other restaurants. Nevertheless, it still tasted amazing. The mango sticky rice, however, was a bit disappointing. The prices were somewhat high (around $64 for two), but we did order dessert and special drinks, so it might be reasonable.

The best crab bang I've ever had! It was the perfect ratio of filling to packaging. I enjoyed the Unagi role and I consider this my first time with real riddles. It was delicious and I could probably eat a whole dish of this chashu by myself. The broth was tasteful and had a lot of seaweed that I enjoy very much. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch. They also deliver!

This is probably the best Asian food in Northern VA. I wish I could give more stars! I've eaten Asian food all over the world, and spent a summer in Asia. This is authentic and superb in flavor! I've had about a 3rd of the menu now and it's all been great. I hope they move out of the grocery store and open a full restaurant! The service is extremely friendly too!!
