Bone - Manassas

This place needs to come with a disclaimer! It will ruin all other BBQ for you. I have travelled to nearly every state in the country, and I have eaten BBQ in each, and The Bone is by far the best. In Plato?s ?The Cave? it is said that there is a perfect version of everything, and everything we create here on earth is just a crude attempt to recreate that divine object. Zack and Ashley were really nice employees that made me feel welcomed and provided service that felt like I was at home. The food is great. The ribs had a good juicy and well balance taste. The cornbread was AMAZING and the Mac and cheese and brisket beans were great too. I will definitely come back. Keep it up!

DELICIOUS! Get yourself there if you haven't tried it yet. The wings were amazing!!!!!! But so was everything else. We have food for days because we couldn't decide on what to eat but oh so glad we tried it! BBQ Po Boy and Mac n cheese- so yummy! Nachos were so good with homemade cheese sauce too!! We will definitely be back! The staff is so friendly too! Thank you for some true BBQ!

We were from out of town and were treated like family. We needed to eat and quickly catch the train. What a pleasure and what wonderful chopped Brisket! Moist and very flavorful! The manager, can?t remember her name, was exceptionally accommodating, friendly and courteous. She made our day. We hope to return as often as possible! Thank you!

The ribs were tender with sauce on the side, the way I like them. My brisket was a little dry, however my friend's was moist and tender. I'm not a fan of sauced pork bbq, but it wasn't bad,, my other friend loved it. The cole slaw was very good with a hint of vinegar. The collards had a touch of spice which is always nice.
