A Deli - Manassas

My first time at A Deli, and I like their food. Greek Salads with chicken are very fresh and crispy! roast beef sandwich was delicious . I recommend this deli.

I first want to say that everything is always great when we order from here delivery or pick up. Usually everything is spot on with our orders so we are chalking this to a new employee. I asked for EEVO vinegar on the side and they put it on the subs, making them super soggy. Also, the tiramisu was frozen, so it's definitely not fresh. Next time I'll go in person that so our order is correct. The subs were definitely delicious. My BF had the Crazy Italian, my son had the smoked, double ham and turkey with provolone. I had the Eggplant Parmigiana. It was just ok, so I will definitely stick to my regular Italian subs. We love this deli so much that these minor issues will not deter us from eating there again.

This place was recommended for a Jersey-style sloppy joe. If you look at what the original looks like, you'll understand my comments. Everything was delicious, no complaints there. But everything was too thick. The bread was standard rye, cut to the usual sandwich thickness, not thin like a true sloppy joe. There was too much meat. (Hard to complain about too much meat, but we're going for authentic here. It needed more thousand island dressing and creamier cole slaw. They advertise as an Italian deli, and the sloppy joe has never been recognized as an Italian sandwich, so we'll be back to try their Italian offerings at a later date. Awesome, authentic deli sandwiches! Huge portions. Tons of choices. The bread is soft. Oil and vinegar on the meats. Definitely recommend. I've not a deli sandwich this good while living in NY or LA... Surprised by this little gem
