Bubbakoo's Burritos - MANASQUAN

Eat here usually once a week, sometimes more! Food is fresh and excellent, with many options, choose one of Bubbakoo's choices or create your own! Atmosphere pretty Spartan unless you have a view of the video screens which are very entertaining! I have never left here the slightest bit hungry, on the contrary, usually stuffed! Love it!

My husband and I went to bubbakoos tonight and had the best customer service experience we’ve had possibly ever but definitely in recent times it stands out. Blaze, Nyla and Spencer were all working and were friendly, kind, and helpful providing us with a next level experience. Our food was amazing and portions were amazing! Blaze made recommendations and we were so happy with our visit. These employees deserve recognition!!! Will return because of this experience

I ordered 8 boneless wings when I walked into the store..same order that I always place. Usually they will tell me it will take about 8 or 10 minutes. However this time I observed one of the women behind the counter take some boneless wings stick them in a bowl pour some sauce on them and then put the bowl on top of the grill. About 2 minutes later she walked over and handed me the box and said here you go! Of course when I get home they were ice cold. I called to complain and I was told we just heated them up about 30 minutes ago. I said that's not the way it's done they're supposed to be cooked on order, this is never happened before to me. She said to me if I came back to the store she could warm them up for me! Seriously? I agree with some of the other reviews. The store has gone downhill don't know that I'll be going back.

Like somebody else said this location was very good a while back, my family and I decided to try it again years later. What we got for $60 dollars was over cooked unflavored chicken, a bad attitude from the women in charge, I decided to only return my daughters taco and switch it for beef, the women just stood there staring at me trying to make me feel wrong in saying something about, ask me to repeat then again just stared at me. I would probably avoid this location and travel to another one

Some things need to be fixed here. Short- handed staff. Tin foil wrapped around grill spatula tools for cooking smh. Your cooking aluminum into the food. My double steak in my burrito tasted like old meat. Saw it come out the back it was already gray. Not cool. This location used to be great! Someone from the top needs to come down and look into this.
