The food at this restaurant is always fresh. The night manager initially refused to accept a voucher, but after speaking to the owner the next day, they assured me that they would resolve the issue by providing credit on my next visit. When I returned to place an order, the original manager was not there, but another owner (I believe) gave me more credit than expected and made the process very easy.

Absolutely delicious! First time stopping in randomly and it was well worth. Quick service. Very clean location. Employees were polite. The udon noodles house special is a MUST! Wings were delicious and juicy with a little kick of spicy. Had to order another meal of noodles to go. Will make the 40+ minute drive again for their food. Oh and the Korean nachos are A MUST!!

I never thought my life would change in this way. I came across a review online about a woman named Mariel Ramsey, and I had never trusted anyone online with my money before. Never again! This used to be my favorite restaurant. I placed an order for delivery and their website gave an estimated ready time. Cut to an hour and a half later, still no food. They would not answer the phone or reply to my support email. Their voicemail was full so I couldn't even leave a message. Finally, on the fourth try, the owner answered and was incredibly rude. They acted as if I was being sarcastic when I simply wanted to know why my food was so late. Unbelievable!

The food here is completely inauthentic and the customer service is by far the worst I have experienced from a takeout restaurant. The staff was completely rude when we picked up our order, complaining that we took too long to get there (even though we paid for the order online and arrived to the restaurant within 30 minutes of placing the order). To add insult to injury, the order was not correct. When I called the manager, he was arrogant, rude and completely dismissive of my concerns. Please, do not waste your time and money here.
