Gecko Cafe - Mamallapuram

It was a pleasure to eat here after readings. Very disappointed. Ordered coconut yarn curry and demanded medium heat. No heat. It was bland with not much taste. Chapatti ordered himself after dinner. The coconut palm was overloaded with sugar. Mediocre expensive meal. The specified change was 100Rs short. Wouldn't recommend.

Very welcome. Even a visit to the place. Run by two beautiful brothers. The best Kalamari I've ever eaten, and there were many of them! Very recommended.

We ate the best fish curry and wipers of all time. The different flavors were perfectly balanced. Would definitely advise to eat here. Mani is a wonderful host, super-friendly. You can look beyond the street or enjoy a relaxed floor. It's a cozy place.

This cozy café and restaurant is owned by the brothers Mani and Basker. They are excellent cooks and offer fantastic service. They also have cold beer available for purchase. Be sure to visit and support this wonderful establishment!

We dined at this restaurant multiple times while staying in Mamallapuram for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
