Bidrage med feedbackWe visited here for breakfast on a trip to get my car fixed. The breakfast was excellent value, £12 for a full English with a hot drink and juice of your choice. The sausages were lovely, well, all of it was! We both finished our plates and left stuffed. The lady that served us was really fun and could clearly see she liked her job which is nice to see. The cakes looked delicious too! Wish we lived local (2 hours away) or we’d be regulars!
Best breakfast in Malvern, without any doubt. Every time we walk in, we are greeting so warmly welcomed, the staff are always positive and accommodating. Then the food, is great! Locally sourced supporting local businesses, and very well cooked. You won’t be disappointed if you visit for a breakfast!
We have just had the most delicious breakfast date at London House Cafe. Fabulous service, the coffee was perfect and the breakfast was so scrummy! Top Malvern breakfast! Will definitely be back soon!
Came in today for a tea and some food and was met with the worst attitude I've ever seen in a cafe, the lady on the counter was really rude and honestly the food wasn't even that good. Dead food, dead service, dead place
London House Cafe, Malvern, absolutely awful experience this afternoon. Ordered a loose leaf tea. This contraption i had never seen before in my life was plonked on the table full of boiling water the tea leaves, no explanation from staff how to use it. No spout on it or anywhere to pour from. Me and my mum looked at it. Could not work out how to get the tea out of the top without the leaves it going everywhere. Decide to pick it up take to the counter to ask how it worked. Next thing is I’ve got the boiling hot water all over my hand as it’s poured out from the bottom of the pot! Attitude of one staff member was disgusting, no care or empathy. She was blaming me saying several times I should have asked how it worked. No one else has ever had any problems with it. Was made to feel like I was making a fuss and was stupid. Apparently you have to sit this big pot on top of the cup and it automatically pours out? Never heard of anything like it. I was eventually offered the tap to hold my hand under the cold water and eventually some ice. No apology. No empathy, treated as it was my fault, no refund offered on the tea cake we could no longer eat due to my injury. We ended up leaving silently, me on the verge of tears as in pain and because of how they treated me! They did not ask me any details so must not have logged it as an accident either. Went over to Victoria pharmacy who were absolutely lovely and caring and examined me and gave me advice on treating my burns.
