The food at this restaurant is excellent, with each dish prepared with care and attention to detail. The blending of wonderful flavors is something our family really looks forward to and enjoys. It's a special journey for the senses. Our food always arrives on time, as we pre-book regularly on Thursdays, and is delivered piping hot by a very pleasant and polite driver. We highly recommend the king prawns in ginger and pineapple, as they are large and succulent with a delicious sauce. And with a free bag of prawn crackers, what more could you ask for? We have found this gem and will continue to enjoy their varied and extensive menu.

I rarely write negative reviews, but on this occasion I feel it is necessary. After spending £27 on food for three people, I was extremely disappointed to find that the food was almost inedible. My partner couldn't eat his chow mein due to burnt noodles, my chicken chop suey was bland and flavorless, and my daughter's meal was also disappointing. As longtime customers of Kwai, we were very let down by our experience. My partner, who is a professionally trained chef, even went without dinner that night. We will not be using this service again.

I have lived near Kwai for most of my life and have used them for takeout 90% of the time. Their lemon chicken is the best I have ever had, with the only comparable option being at the nearby Star Inn. It is sweet, juicy, and perfectly balanced in flavor. My family has never had a bad meal from here, as the food is always hot and delivered or ready for pick-up quickly. Even though Kwai himself has left the business, it still remains a fantastic takeout option. I will definitely continue to return.

All you would want, fast, good value , great taste and delivery option, especially like the BBQ spare ribs, highly recommend this take away.
