Staff are so friendly nothing is too much for them, lovely to have conversations with the staff I prefer the walk in, too much automation in everyday life now and interaction is key to happiness I have never left there unhappy with my purchase. . Well done to you all who work there it’s lovely to visit with you

I had ketchup on my big mac. I didn't order a big mac with ketchup. Yuck that was nasty.

It's fast food I get it. But expect fresh food not dried out cold
