Dunkin' - Malvern

On the veterans day to get a coffee and use the advertised veterans day free doughnut. Corporate must not have informed this location that they had a veteran day contract. Coffee and donut were okay, but a little disappointing, not getting a free donut.

I just ordered my regular large hot cappuccino today. This is the worse cappuccino I ever had. It is half filled and three times stronger than original cappuccino. It is so bitter and I could not even drink. I am giving 2 star as my other drink is good.

Could not communicate with costumer in English. Did not understand when I said the coffee was burned. I gave up trying to explain. Seem like nice people but how can someone order anything in The English or resolve any issues.

I have ordered online from this Dunkin Donuts a few times. Both times I ordered a $5+ iced macchiato were bad experiences. The first time I already paid for it, got there and there machine was broken. The next time, I have them another chance, ordered online within their hours of operation, get there and they aren?t even open! Never again...hope I can get my money back.

Honestly this is the worst Dunkin I have ever been through. The workers are always mean and never understand what I'm saying. If you change the staff I'm sure the experience would be 100000x better. My experience here never matches my experiences at other dunkin donuts, as the workers have denied me things like changing my order when I get to the window, and often the order is incorrect but I fear to correct them because they are very mean. It's a shame because this is right down the street from my house, but we will almost always choose Starbucks over this Dunkin because it is the most unreliable business I have ever worked with.
