Chipotle Mexican Grill - Malvern

Despite my pleas for help in finding an alternative location to fulfill the order, both the store and the company's customer service line refused to assist me, claiming that their policy only allowed for refunds. This lack of customer service and assistance in a time of need was extremely disappointing and stressful, particularly on a day of celebration. In the end, we were left scrambling to find food for 45 people with just a few hours' notice, as many restaurants in the area were closed on a Sunday. This experience was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Chipotle's management team. I strongly advise those in need of Tex-Mex catering to seek services elsewhere.

No one in this load is helpful. put an order by the app for taking. I only went 35 minutes after the order should be ready. it doesn't take an hour to make a burrito, but I stood where I waited while no one has done something for 30 minutes. I was always ignored after the worker I spoke to always said they looked at it. they would not give me any refund, just a free overpriced bag of chips. my geduld with chipotle was almost unavailable, but this is ridiculous. very poor customer service and eating is not worth it.

Recently improved! my man and I went here a few months ago and did not praise for one because I had waited for over 40 minutes to take for two bowls. I was greeted today and served quickly. a person was in front of me in the line, but the whole process took less than 5 minutes and I could also enjoy a complete bowl right in front of the site.

That's my first review, so you know it's bad. this is the worst experience to order chipotle by a food app. veggie bowl with beans and rice had hardly 3 tablespoons of eating. chicken bowl had so little huh, I would have a better chance to find waldo. I understand having a hard day, but no reason to be so ridiculous with proportions. I do not recommend ordering to eat, but to go into person to make sure they get what they pay.

By far the worst chipotle my boyfriend and I have ever been to, and I've been to around 8 different locations and he's been to several dozen. Our bowls were only half filled. At first I didn't even think they had put any rice in mine that's how little there was. He barely had any chicken in his. The only thing they put enough of was the sour cream, which drowned out everything else and was also watery. I think you'd have to be actively trying to make chipotle taste this disappointing.
