Sakanaya - Malmoe

A really good and cozy. tried their flamable sushi, bento box, lax teriyaki and tempoura. and all were beautiful and carefully prepared (at least it tasted like that).

This is one of my favorite spots in town. The sushi is delicious, fresh, simple, just as it should. The place is really small and cozy, and everything seems to revolve around the customers. My girlfriend and I had the tasting menu and we found it delicious, from the fish soup to the crispy tempura, all the way to the kimchi and the meat dish.

Great food! Bit pricier than 2 dollar sign. Bento box was 149kr for little food, but my kid who is a fussy eater loved it, and we could have a mix of food with little waste.

Good sushi. Better than standard sushi in Sweden. The fish:rice ratio is good, i.e. the rice is smaller than other places. 15pcs wasn 't hard to eat. Well cooked, well seasoned rice and well made. The fishes on top had good quality too.

The waitress was very friendly. The service was a bit slow considering there’s only few customers during lunch. We ordered the bao buns with chicken and shrimps with beer and cider. I must say that they nailed the bao buns but there’s nothing special with the chicken and shrimps. It needed some upgrade to match the bao buns.
