The Maldon Smokehouse

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is fantastic, the staff are friendly, and the location is perfect. They offer dine-in service for lunch, with an average price of £20-30 per person. I give top marks for both the food and service, as well as the atmosphere. Some recommended dishes include the Seafood Platter, Seafood Overboard, Smokehouse Deli Board, Smoked Salmon, and Fish Platter.

This restaurant is a fantastic place to enjoy a delicious meal, so don't hesitate to try it out. We dined in for lunch and the price per person ranged from £40-50. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch, receiving high ratings across the board. We highly recommend trying the Seafood Overboard dish. There is plenty of parking available, including free parking in the parking lot.

I had lunch with friends at this restaurant and the food was exceptional, a perfect 10 out of 10. We enjoyed dishes such as mixed lunches with lobster and prawn burgers, braised beef, classic moules, cheese cakes, and a smoked cheese platter. The owners took great care of us, they were very friendly and welcoming. Despite it being a bit of a drive for us, we would definitely come back again. The restaurant is located in a beautiful setting on the tidal bank of the River Blackwater. The service was excellent, we dined in and had a great experience.
