Papa John's Pizza - Malden

This is a great place to enjoy delicious pizza. The restaurant provides plates and napkins with your order at no extra charge. While some areas in Malden are not included for delivery, they do offer carry-out options. There is street parking available as well.

This place used to be terrible before the new management took over, especially due to the previous staff. Thankfully, they let go of those employees because they were rude and showed no concern for the customers. Kudos to the new management for turning things around! The customer service is now excellent, and you definitely deserve a 5-star rating!

This is a well-managed establishment with prompt and friendly service. I've ordered from this Papa John's multiple times in the past month due to my long working hours, and each time, the food has arrived on time, fresh, and delicious. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the ingredients, the service, and the food preparation—it feels more homemade compared to larger chains like Domino's. I highly recommend this place.
