It’s a delightful place that evokes so many fond memories for me, especially since I've recently lost a dear loved one. Since their passing, I hadn’t enjoyed good Ethiopian food until I came here. The first bite brought back a flood of emotions, and I couldn't help but shed tears of joy. I give this place a solid five out of five. In my opinion, it truly is perfect!
This place has a wonderful cozy atmosphere. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous. I can’t wait to return and try more of their dishes!
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! It was our first time trying Ethiopian cuisine, and we decided to order the veggie combo. The crepe underneath has a slightly sour taste that reminds me of sourdough. The vegetables and seasonings were unfamiliar but incredibly tasty! The deep-fried veggie pocket was also a highlight, featuring a wonderful blend of green lentils, cabbage, and potatoes. Overall, it was a delightful meal!
The atmosphere was fantastic. However, I found the samosa and lamb to be disappointingly lacking in spice. I was pleased to have this restaurant as an option. Street parking was convenient on a Saturday afternoon.
This is currently my favorite Ethiopian restaurant in the area. I've struggled to find a place that offers generous portion sizes. The photo shows everything we ordered, all served on one plate for sharing among three people. It's a lively and popular spot, conveniently located next to a spice shop. Just a heads-up: they only had bottled water available (no tap water) and weren't serving tej when we visited.
