30 degrees in the shadow. Outside, only half of the parasols were tensed. The 4 shades were 3x 2 pers. And 1 x 2 adults and 2 children. So we are very thirsty 4 guests, to the restaurant to protect us from the heat..... (we were the only guests in the restaurant) We wanted a lot of water, ice cream, coffee and cake. After 25 minutes waiting, we went back very thirsty and very annoying. Dear Mr Höfft, thank you for having answered so nicely. Unfortunately, we have not managed to get around again. It would be nice to work on their concept. It is a beautiful location and there are really not many in the region. The fact that it is for their employees, at temperatures, not easy, is also clear. But you should have a look at the table for a short time and not let 80 and 90-year-old guests wait without water for such a heat. There were also guests who had stretched the parasol themselves out shortly after us.

We enjoyed some appetizers and coffee and ice cups on a hiking stop. The service was nice and fast, the ambience was nice, we liked it, we like to come back.

In the afternoon we drank coffee more often and drank beer and wine choir in the evening. The service was friendly and mecklenburgish. It is up to date, but reasonable, what is understandable in the situation after two difficult years and does not reduce the experience. We only ate cakes and ice cream, so I can't say anything to eat. Since the management of the resort of Salem also occasionally feeds, it cannot be so bad. The homemade cake was excellent.
