Pizzeria Al Cervo - MALCESINE

Almost on top of a hill. Looks semy inviting. Seems to cater for the German group of tourists. To start we had a friendly waiter. Thank you ... Then it went downhill. If you enjoy moderately cheap food and lots of it. This is for you. Felt sorry for our waiter. He made a very good effort. Pizza was terrible. Cheap black olives.... Baked to a crisp. Super salty.. And no good quality ansjofish.... Good ansjofish has a nice saltiness to it. Seems to cater for the quantity above quality crowd. Better options are available within 10 minutes walking for a similar or better price. Wine selection is super tiny. Beer selection even smaller. This restaurant does not do Italian gastronomy a service. The poor deer

Very good and yummy food here. The wine is fine and pizza is as perfect as the pasta there. Very nice and comfortable location. The Restaurant was very full and that’s why the Service was really busy. But therefore the service did a very good Job .

Lovely restaurant that we visited on three occasions for dinner and a couple of times as drinks stop on the way back to our apartment. Very family orientated, which is vital with two young daughters. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and the food, difficult to find any fault as it was delicious!

This restaurant was handily situated just 10 minutes from our hotel. We had to rely on only 1 English-speaking waiter, but all were friendly. Food is tasty and plentiful at reasonable prices, and they are over-generous with the free Lomoncello after dinner, so the return walk was nearer 20 minutes!

A wonderful restaurant with a beautiful terrace and back drop of mountains. The staff were very friendly and there was a relaxing ambience. Also the food was delicious and the menu extensive. We will definitely be back!
