There wasn't a gluten-free menu or any labeled items for gluten-free options. Fortunately, I was familiar with how most Filipino dishes are usually prepared. I ordered sautéed vegetables and clearly requested no soy sauce because of an allergy, and they were accommodating. The food was really delicious.
