A truly charming place, a very nice staff, a good fresh and quality cuisine we could even lead our pet when we arrived we were placed near the entrance to have space for our little dog and a water bowl already on site. Gorgeous gourmet evening at the Malaucène Chevalerie. This restaurant has become a must-see in different seasons with our friends. The host of these places can indeed play admirably with seasonalities. At the heart of this beautiful bastide planted in the center of this beautiful village, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, it always concocts you beautiful associations of flavors and colors. Philippe Gallas is always listening. His faithful customers have become friends. This disciple of Escoffier truly honors our beautiful cuisine, both simple and elaborate and so tasty. The service is also like the place: simple, discreet and especially effective and very professional. We come here very regularly, and one of us is going to be tempted by....... several hot dishes and...... some extra desserts! . There you go! If you have never pushed the door of this establishment, you can do it with closed eyes do not forget to open them once at the table, so do not miss your meal.
