Bidrage med feedbackFor dinner, we dined at the Monashee dining room, exploring the hotel's accommodations along the way. Unfortunately, the Heritage Town was closed during our visit, but we were able to catch a glimpse of some restored buildings. We also explored the railway roundhouse, Antique Auto Museum, and took a ride on the railroad train. The sandy beach offers canoe and kayak rentals for guests to explore the lake, which is fed by glaciers. The only downside was the limited Wi-Fi, with hotspots in the hotel lobby, Rec Room, and indoor gardens. Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, but fans are available upon request.
We would definitely stay back, but next time for two days to take all the activities. There is a ghost town together with kayak and a beach.
We were thrilled to return to this restaurant, as we had visited years ago and loved the beautiful surroundings. However, this recent stay was a complete letdown. The room had no air conditioning or fan, leading to unbearable heat that could only be somewhat alleviated by leaving the balcony door open all night. Even with heavy drapes drawn, the noise from our loud neighbors, who were cheering loudly for a hockey game, made it impossible to sleep. The shower was also a disaster, with the water constantly fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing.
We thought here was a leg stretch, lunch and toilets. There is also a resort and a ghost town. The shop has all kinds in it and serves food and is directly on the street, you cannot miss it. We had the soup and a role that was perfect, certainly not high-quality cooking. The seating area was simple and the seats were like a metal garden seat set, not terrible comfortable, but we didn't want to spend long here. this area looked at the resort and the sea area so that the landscape compensates for the general ambience and decoration. The toilets were sufficient, clean and stored, although a little busy with customers. It did the job and was conveniently placed on the road we were on the way, the Canadian Highway.
We were staying at the resort. And were excited about the restaurant considering how beautiful the rest of the resort is. The service was good and friendly. The food was mediocre, all pre frozen or processed. And very expensive for what it was. Our lunch...there which consisted of three kids meals a club sandwich and a burger. Cost almost the same as a steak and pasta dinner later that night at a restaurant in Revelstoke. If we stay at three valley gap again we will skip the restaurant. The rest of the resort is awesome.
